This is the third time we have used Heritage Mountain Heating & Cooling. They are very knowledgeable, customer oriented, professional, and amiable.This call was a preventative maintenance call and follow up on a potential issue with our heat pump that was identified last year.The issue does require attention at this time but we are very confident it will be successfully repaired.Additionally, to ensure proactive servicing and maintenance we gave signed up for their annual service plan. It's very inexpensive and provides annual service, discounts, smart monitoring and more.As a family owned and operated business the whole operation runs very smoothly and efficiently.
