Brad was great! After a brief conversation via email we set up a service call. Brad quickly determined the issue and provided a quote. Everything was explained throughly and the issue was fixed two days later. I will be asking Brad to come back for routine maintenance and any other heating and/or cooling issues that come up in the future!
