Had issues where furnace would randomly stop working. Called Heritage and was greeted promptly and professionally.
They had a time slot available the same day. The technician arrived on time and texted me ahead of arrival. After discussing what I had been experiencing, the issue was diagnosed and fixed in one visit.
Not only did the technician fix my issue he spent the time checking all of the major components of my furnace then even gave it a cleaning with his vacuum.
No upselling, no suggestion for further work just efficient, friendly and professional service.
My new go to for all of my heating needs.
