WHAT’S INCLUDED
Each CAMP visit includes a comprehensive, hands-on inspection focused on safety, performance, and catching small issues early.
Heating System (Furnace)
• Cleaning of key components, including burners & flame sensor
• Blower motor and airflow inspection
• Electrical system checks
• Gas pressure and gas train inspection
• Carbon monoxide and gas leak safety checks
• Venting and combustion air inspection
• Condensate system inspection
• Thermostat operation and performance testing
Fireplace Inspection
(Included in the Home Comfort Plus Plan or as an add-on)
• Cleaning of glass and internal components
• Pilot and ignition system inspection
• Log placement and condition check
• Gas leak and carbon monoxide safety testing
• Overall operation and flame appearance check
(Included in the Total Home Comfort Plan)
• Inspection of indoor and outdoor components
• Condenser coil condition and cleaning
• Electrical component inspection
• Voltage and amperage testing
• Refrigeration system performance check
• Condensate drainage inspection
• Thermostat operation and final system testing
Heat pump systems also include heating and defrost operation checks.
The cost of our C.A.M.P. is equal to the price of your annual maintenance but with additional benefits, savings and peace of mind.
Helpful reminders for annual servicing
We will contact you each spring and/or fall to schedule your service at a time that best suits your schedule. You will no longer have to remember when to call for your inspection.
